  • When is my rent due?

    Rent is due on the first of each month unless stated otherwise in your lease.

  • Can I pay rent online?

    Certainly, when you become a tenant at a property managed by us, you will receive a link to activate your online portal. If you need any assistance with your online portal or have any queries, you can refer to our FAQ section. On the other hand, if you prefer to pay by check, you can mail it to us. Please make sure to make all checks payable to Boston Property Advisors and ensure that they are received by the first day of the month.

  • I have an emergency at our apartment, what do I do?

    If you believe that your life is in danger, call 911 first! In case of a gas leak, immediately contact National Grid or 911 at 1-800-233-5325. We consider an emergency as a repair that, if not immediately attended to, would probably cause harm to the rental property or its tenants. If an emergency occurs outside our office hours, please contact 857.399.0410. In case there is no answer, leave a message and try calling again.
